  • Application

    Send us your application, each job will have different requirements. We will let you know via email if you are progressing or not. 

    Video Questions 

    We will send you an email with some video questions as we'd like to get to know you and learn more about past experiences. 

    Psychometric Profile

    Team culture and values are important to us, at this stage of the process we are wanting to learn about your abilities, aptitude, and personality in more detail. 

    Interview 

    Once you have completed the video questions and profile we'll invite you in for an interview, depending on the role the interview panel will be made up of two Team Leaders and an Our Voice representative.

    Job Offer 

    Post-interview you'll be asked to join the amazing team at Equip.  A pre-employment police check will need to be completed prior to your start date.

     

  • Yes - Equip will support you in your studies to complete a Level 4 Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (Mental Health and Addiction Support).  

  • Our Voice is a community of people who have lived experience of mental health and or addictions.  We support one another and have an independent voice that influences a greater understanding of mental health and addiction challenges.  The Our Voice team provides input to Equip in a range of areas to enhance service delivery. 

  • Yes - we provide our team with a fleet of cars to use while out in the community.  For insurance reasons a full drivers licence is required.
